The first thing i thought of when i looked on the (back-)cover of this record was: "oh yeah, a russian wave album!" But after listening to it, i got disabused. The guys in black coats make russian popmusic, and in some episodes, with a funky vibe. In any case worth to collect! I'm not able to read Russian, so let's listen to "track 4 on the b-side" from this, in 1991 recorded, album...
